Episode Overview
A group of Cuban refugees sets out on a perilous journey to reach Miami. Their attempt at escaping Cuba is abruptly halted when they spot mysterious lights in the water. The following morning, Russell meets one of the survivors from the ordeal. Meanwhile, Mariel participates in a support group, and Larkin begins to sense that she is being watched by someone.
