One Step Beyond (1959)

Episode Overview

A woman receives the devastating news that her husband, a Marine, is missing at sea. Despite the grim update, she clings to hope, convinced he will come back to her. While strolling through a park one day, she finds herself confronted by an attempted mugger. Just as she feels threatened, a mysterious figure, seemingly a spirit, appears and frightens the attacker away, leaving her both bewildered and grateful.
