Episode Overview
The Littles are eager to enjoy the outdoors, but the mayor refuses to allow it due to the threat posed by Dr. Hunter and his traps. When a phony character called Smiling Al arrives and decides to run for mayor, Tom, Lucy, and Grandpa work tirelessly to ensure the current mayor is re-elected. However, Smiling Al takes advantage of the situation by granting the Littles access to the outside world, which leads them straight into Dr. Hunter's traps.
