Stephanie finds herself overwhelmed as she takes charge of the 'Ranger Girls' for a short time. While she attempts to educate them on topics like coming-out parties and makeup application, the girls are more interested in honing their survival skills. At the same time, Dick and Joanna are subjected to George's latest wood carving project, titled Mount Stratford, which tests their patience.
