Episode Overview
Ukrainian dictator Viktor Yanukovych spent decades amassing a fortune at the expense of his own people, enriching himself and his circle of oligarchs. To hide his vast wealth, he acquired Mezhyhirya, an expansive 150-acre estate just north of Kyiv. With this estate, Yanukovych escalates his corruption to unprecedented heights, orchestrating schemes that involve multiple countries, banks, and individuals. However, when furious protesters invade the estate, they are met with astonishing excess: an 18-hole golf course, a private zoo, a high-tech laboratory, a car museum, an opulent galleon-themed restaurant, and the impressive Honka House, a mansion linked to a secret tunnel.
