Episode Overview

Title: The Penguin Declines In a desperate bid, Batman manages to break free from his chains and rescues Robin from the clutches of a massive clam. The duo decides to provide temporary shelter for Venus, the Joker's former ally, in an apartment while they devise their next move. Meanwhile, the Joker orchestrates a daring escape for the Penguin from Gotham State Prison to reignite their criminal spree. He manipulates Venus into convincing Batman to take her to the Batcave. After putting her to sleep, the Dynamic Duo arrives at their lair, surprising the villains hiding in the Batmobile's trunk. However, Batman cleverly ensures the crooks remain clueless about the Batcave's location, leading to a decisive confrontation that finally puts an end to the zodiac crimes.
