In Gotham City, Ma Parker and her wayward offspring are orchestrating a series of crimes. Batman and Robin manage to apprehend the gang members individually, but as the arrests appear surprisingly effortless, the Dynamic Duo begins to suspect that there’s a deeper, more insidious plot at play.
