Casper receives a notice from the tax authority stating he owes an additional 60,000 in taxes. Kenny has a dream about Casper, which begins with a kiss but soon escalates. Buckingham advises that one should act on their dreams, prompting Kenny to take a chance. Meanwhile, Casper attempts to evade the tax office, but his efforts falter. Unexpectedly, he gains sympathy from a police officer during his predicament.
