Episode Overview

With the assistance of Hoshi and Yumiki from the MPD, Mirai and Saki embark on a mission to locate the remaining God candidates. They discover that friends of the middle school-aged Nakaumi brothers have been mysteriously perishing one after another. Suspecting that one of the brothers might be a candidate, they visit the Nakaumi family home, only to encounter an unforeseen scene. Mirai tries to reason with the younger brother, Shuji Nakaumi, but he remains obstinate and resistant. This confrontation leads Mirai to grapple with the profound question: "What is happiness?"
