Chief Winchley feels let down by Squiddly when he flubs his performance, prompting him to ask Squiddly to leave. Meanwhile, at a masquerade party, Squiddly’s outfit leads people to confuse him with a fellow named Louie. Back in Bubbleland, Chief Winchley inadvertently returns with Louie instead of Squiddly.
