Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy think they've found a floating restaurant when they stumble onto a boat. However, they quickly discover their error and must navigate the rest of the cruise while dodging a furious first mate who despises stowaways. To evade him, they cleverly turn a damaged lifeboat into a makeshift water ski, making a wild escape.
