While at the Newsview office, Lou unexpectedly slips on a puddle of water. Donald learns that Lou needs to sign a waiver to absolve the company of any liability. Frustrated, Donald heads to Mr. Prentice's office to resign, but his managing editor manages to persuade him to stay on and reconsider his decision.
