Ann finds herself reminiscing about her time as a meter maid when she encounters Donald's new supervisor. Back in her meter maid days, she attempted to ticket the mayor for parking illegally, which ultimately led to her dismissal. To her surprise, Donald's new boss turns out to be the newspaper editor who published Ann's protest letter.
