Episode Overview
The Hood undermines the Red Arrow aircraft project, leading to a disaster when one of the planes plummets into a TV Tower in England amidst a fierce storm. International Rescue is called upon to rescue the trapped engineers before the structure falls apart. Complicating the mission is the presence of the project's director, a close friend of Jeff's, who has been dismissed and is staying at Tracy Island. The Tracys must distract him to keep their secret operations hidden from view as they tackle the perilous rescue.
