Episode Overview

Dr. Spectrum, a member of M.A.D., creates "Ghost Globules," small pellets that unleash luminous ghostly creatures. His scheme is to unleash these apparitions on Metro City and then market a spray to the public that claims to eliminate them. Meanwhile, Inspector Gadget is on the case, attending a costume party as he works to uncover the truth behind the mysterious ghostly happenings.
