As a scorching heat wave sweeps through Arlen, Hank and his friends decide to take the kids to the water park for some relief. However, their fun is interrupted when they encounter a gang of surfer bullies, leading to an unexpected moment of embarrassment for the usually unflappable Boomhauer. Meanwhile, Bill finds a new identity as the "Heat-Waver," gaining attention by waving at passing cars from the side of the highway.
