Episode Overview

An employee at a local carpet factory suffers an injury when the machines malfunction. Up until this incident, the owner, Mr. Shields, had overlooked safety protocols. It soon becomes clear that the breakdown was intentional; Mr. Shields' girlfriend had deliberately damaged the equipment in an attempt to have him fired.
