Episode Overview
Vernon and David are on a journey in a tanker when it tips over, spilling its cargo. Vernon ends up in the hospital suffering from memory loss, while David insists he has no idea what they were transporting. Investigating further, the police find that the tanker has fake license plates, and the spilled contents are poisoning the local water supply.
