Episode Overview
Kate's demanding work schedule in Whitby is putting a strain on her relationship with Nick, as she’s mostly away during the week and only home on weekends. Meanwhile, Ron Cooper ends up in the hospital after an accident involving his Lee Enfield .303 Army Rifle. Nick takes it upon himself to find out why Ron had the gun, leading him to discover a stash of old military ammunition on Cooper's farm. In another turn of events, Greengrass has acquired some grenades, which he uses to fish out most of Lord Ashfordly's trout. Mrs. Swinton suspects she might be pregnant, and Kate gives her some pills that will confirm it by the next day. Later, Kate takes the same pills and reveals to James that she is pregnant, though she isn’t thrilled about it. She tries to tell Nick but hesitates.
