Episode Overview

Title: Small Beer Plot: An aging man, tasked with safeguarding a company's finances, fears his position might soon be eliminated. In a desperate attempt to prove his worth, he stages the theft of the week's payroll. Meanwhile, a young boy dedicates himself to caring for his ill mother, but her health deteriorates, ultimately leading to her death. Frightened of being placed in a children's home, he flees and finds refuge at Claude's place, where Claude tries to support him. As a search for the boy intensifies, Maggie persuades Claude to inform Nick of his location. However, the boy escapes again before Nick catches up. It's revealed that the boy's caregiver was actually his grandmother, who raised him after his birth mother was too young. The police locate his mother, and he joyfully agrees to move in with her.
