Episode Overview

Eight food truck crews gather at the renowned Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island, S.C., where they find Tyler Florence stationed at the 18th hole, ready to present a putting challenge and the task of serving authentic Carolina barbecue. The teams then venture to Shelter Cove for two days of catering to both locals and tourists. However, Tyler complicates their efforts by introducing a twist involving a beloved South Carolina delicacy: boiled peanuts.
