Episode Overview

In Tampa, Florida, six food truck teams gather with Tyler Florence, only to be taken aback when a fleet of police cars pulls up with their sirens blaring. The officers are there to judge a competition celebrating Tampa's culinary treasure: the Cuban sandwich. Following the contest, the teams face difficulties with inclement weather and the task of securing a prime selling spot in the city, which ultimately results in one truck being sent home.
