Episode Overview

Tyler Florence challenges the last four food truck teams to toss javelins, which will decide their protein source for an upcoming skewer competition. The victorious team will have the advantage of selecting a partner for their selling day in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To add to the excitement, a Sonic Drive-In shake challenge will evaluate their dessert-making abilities. An unexpected twist in the elimination process has the potential to completely alter the game’s dynamics.
