Episode Overview

In the sweltering sun of Palm Springs, California, food truck crews face not only soaring temperatures but also their own anxieties as they take on a challenging aerial task set by Tyler Florence. A surprise ingredient elevates the dishes created by each team, and the local community shows immense support for the food trucks. After two intense days of service, however, one team will face the heartbreaking reality of closing their food truck for good.
