Episode Overview

The five food truck teams face a challenging test as they venture into deep-sea fishing to secure their seed money from Tyler Florence. The harsh Alaskan environment proves difficult for both the teams and their trucks. One team experiences a breakdown on the roadside, while others misjudge the overwhelming appetite for their offerings in Homer, leading to chaos in their kitchens. A surprise judge makes an appearance to sample each team's dishes, and the team that impresses him the most will gain a significant advantage—immunity from elimination!
