When a crucial team member falls ill, one food truck is left to function with just two people, putting them in a tough position. Culinary expert Chef Joe Sasto teams up with Tyler Florence to put the remaining three teams to the test with a challenge focused on both flavor and speed. On the second day, the competitors partner with top food trucks from Los Angeles for an evening rally in Venice Beach, where they will encounter Daniel Shemtob, the head chef of the two-time Race champion, Lime Truck.
