In Charleston, S.C., seven food trucks roll in as Chef Kardea Brown takes a tough stance judging their Gullah Geechee cuisine creations. Host Tyler Florence then sends the teams out to hustle on the lively streets of Charleston, assessing who can effectively market their dishes and who struggles to keep up. As heavy rains pour down, Chef Rodney Scott arrives with his renowned BBQ, challenging the teams to create a dish that meets the high standards of a true pitmaster.
