Tyler Florence greets the competing teams in vibrant Las Vegas, presenting them with a challenge centered around a local favorite: shrimp. Each food truck is tasked with crafting their own standout shrimp dish to sell on Fremont Street, with the top-selling team earning a coveted parking spot for the following day. Later, Tyler joins forces with renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau to provide the teams with insights on both culinary and business strategies. The teams then hit the streets to sell their creations, while the least profitable truck faces elimination.
