Baboo covertly slips a mystical elixir into the beverages of Kimberly and Billy, transforming them into rebellious punks filled with rage. As their personalities change drastically, they become increasingly difficult to manage, causing chaos within the team. The other Rangers must find a way to reverse the effects of the potion before it's too late, all while confronting the unruly duo and trying to restore harmony among their ranks. Will they succeed in breaking the spell and saving their friends?
