Ernie organizes a puppet show at the Youth Center to delight the kids of Angel Grove. Meanwhile, Mondo and Machina devise a sinister scheme to manipulate the children's minds by secretly attaching a transmitter to the Puppet Man. As the performance unfolds, their plan threatens to turn the joyful event into chaos, and the Power Rangers must step in to protect the kids from the impending danger.
