American teenager Elizabeth Haysom, an honor roll student at an elite British boarding school, has dreams of pursuing the arts. However, her parents insist she focus on science and math in college, leading her to feel trapped. In a fit of rebellion, she persuades her boyfriend to help her take drastic action against them. Meanwhile, 15-year-old Heather D'Aoust, the cherished adopted daughter of a caring family, resorts to murder with a claw hammer after being caught in a compromising situation. Nikki Reynolds, once a cheerful girl, spirals into chaos after a breakup, leading her to fatally stab her mother while planning to harm both parents, ultimately surrendering in remorse.
