Upon his return from the edge, Stephen believes he's uncovered a mystery surrounding his father's disappearance, but his fellow Tomorrow People are skeptical of his claims. After receiving troubling news from John, the group makes an unanticipated choice about their path ahead. They eventually catch wind of Ultra's hidden research facility and concoct a risky scheme to rescue the captives inside. Meanwhile, Stephen's mother brings home a new boyfriend for him and his brother Luca to meet, but Stephen struggles to gauge the man's true intentions.
