Stephen is hesitant to join Astrid at a party, but his night takes a turn when he learns that a classmate is in danger. Eager to assist, he approaches John and Cara, only to discover they refuse to aid humans. Undeterred, Stephen discreetly seeks Cara’s support, prompting her to confront her own painful memories. At the same time, John tasks Stephen with a critical assignment: to breach Ultra's main computer, hoping to gain an edge in locating new break-outs.
