Episode Overview
Title: Breakaway (1) Plot: Fiona opens up to Declan about Bobby's true nature, but he struggles to believe her. Encouraged by Holly J., Declan ultimately supports Fiona when he notices her bruised leg and urges her to take legal action against Bobby. However, Fiona rushes back to Degrassi instead. Meanwhile, Anya admits to Sav that Holly J. persuaded her to fake a pregnancy to sabotage his election campaign. They decide to exploit the situation now that the deception is known. In another twist, Jenna mishears Clare and Alli discussing surgery, mistakenly thinking Clare is considering breast enhancement instead of laser eye surgery. After the election concludes, Sav wins by a narrow margin of 17 votes, and Fiona's mother arrives at Degrassi. They share an emotional conversation about Bobby, and she assures Fiona that they will seek legal help together.
