Episode Overview

Jake and his dad are lending a hand to Clare's mom with some home improvements, and Clare can't help but notice Jake without his shirt on. She finds herself captivated by his looks and considers pursuing a relationship, but is disheartened to learn that he’s asked Katie out. While discussing their parents, Jake and Clare agree to keep things light and casual. Meanwhile, Drew is grappling with post-traumatic stress as he struggles to reintegrate into school life; overwhelmed by his peers, he even asks his mom if they can relocate. Dave is wrestling with his feelings about being friends with Alli, but when he has to lie to his girlfriend about meeting her, he starts to rethink his choices.
