Episode Overview
As the school year wraps up at Degrassi, Jimmy is determined to make the final dance an unforgettable night for his friends and date before summer break. He splurges on a fancy dinner and rents a limo, but the evening takes a turn when the driver, played by Billy Ray Cyrus, gets arrested during their meal. To make matters worse, the dinner bill includes charges for a previous lunch that Paige and Spinner skipped out on. When they finally arrive at the dance, they discover it’s literally ablaze. Meanwhile, Sean is struggling academically due to his late-night escapades, but Mr. Simpson offers him a chance to redeem himself. Overwhelmed with guilt for stealing a laptop, Sean confesses, but earning Mr. Simpson's forgiveness proves challenging—until he helps fix the teacher's car for just the cost of parts. Additionally, Joey proposes to Caitlin that they move in together, but she needs to handle some matters first.
