Cargo manager Kelly, known as the unofficial matriarch of Buffalo, faces mounting challenges when Jynelle's holiday leave leaves her shorthanded. Things spiral further when her husband Juan abruptly resigns after a heated argument with Joe, placing Kelly in a tough predicament. Will she choose to stay or walk away? Meanwhile, Scott receives disheartening news: he must step back from flying to allow a competing co-pilot to advance to captain. Determined, Scott pursues a new opportunity flying to the North Pole, but his rival also has his sights set on this coveted position. Meanwhile, after enduring months of hardship, Jeremy sees hope as Buffalo seeks a new DC-3 co-pilot, but he first must prove himself by flying with Joe.
