Squidward's former rival, Squilliam, makes a triumphant return to Bikini Bottom, eager to flaunt his success. To thwart Squilliam's boasting, Squidward claims he runs a five-star restaurant. In a panic, he enlists SpongeBob's help to transform the Krusty Krab into an upscale dining establishment before Squilliam shows up.
