Squidward tricks SpongeBob into believing he’s suffering from a condition that causes uncontrollable laughter. He tells SpongeBob that if he laughs even once in the next 24 hours, his laugh box might burst. SpongeBob becomes increasingly anxious about the possibility, trying desperately to hold back his laughter throughout the day.
