Following the death of his adopter, Tania travels to California to retrieve a former VRC dog. Meanwhile, a couple from Arkansas finds themselves torn over which dog to bring home. In another turn of events, a severely injured puppy is found after being rescued, revealing itself to be a pet that had gone missing.
