Commander Sodhi instructs the injured to fall back with the Rani Jhansi Regiment. As they navigate the jungle, an elderly Sodhi sustains a leg injury, rendering him unable to proceed. Amar departs with Rani to seek assistance, but their path is suddenly obstructed by a deafening explosion.
