Usagi and Ami head into the city for a fun shopping trip and stumble upon a clock shop featuring a clock that looks just like Luna. Later, Usagi is thrilled to discover that her mother has purchased the same clock as a present for her. However, that night, the clocks from the store begin to emit a bizarre glow, causing Usagi and the entire city of Tokyo to feel an overwhelming sense of impatience.
