Renowned Iron Chef Susur Lee faces off against challenger Chef Nick Liu in an intense culinary showdown featuring bitter greens. Chef Lee will be supported by his sous chefs, Jonas Mangao and Bryan Gunness, while Chef Liu will have Joanna Seballos and Dennis J. Tay by his side in the kitchen. After the competition, judges Jeffrey Merrihue, Martin Yan, and Mijune Pak will evaluate the dishes and determine the champion of the battle.
