Episode Overview

A group of Indians abducts an elderly woman on a train, planning to release her only after the train transports the Chief's son to a doctor for treatment. However, some passengers are reluctant to assist in this endeavor. The situation becomes even more complicated when they discover the nature of the boy's illness.
