Episode Overview

Ex-Marshal Bob Stuart and his newlywed partner are part of a trio of wagons merging with Chris Hale's wagon train. Scout Cooper Smith is tasked with guiding these newcomers to the main group, but tension simmers between him and the former lawman. Complicating matters, old acquaintances from Cooper's past arrive, harboring their own grudges against Bob. Caught in a moral tug-of-war, Cooper finds himself torn between his previous life and the person he has evolved into, as his old friends plot to take down Bob Stuart and anyone who stands in their path.
