Tess and Ben find themselves embroiled in a unique family custody situation involving a lesbian couple, Andrea and Natalie, their son Kai, and his biological father, Gethin, who is seeking visitation rights. After Natalie is knocked out, Gethin becomes the prime suspect. Inspector Falcon-Price issues an intervention order against him, leading Gethin to make threats against the Inspector's children. When the Inspector's kids go missing, the Heelers launch a frantic search, only to uncover more than just their location—they stumble upon Ben in an unexpected situation with Felicity!
