Episode Overview

On her first day in Mt Thomas, Constable Susie Raynor is shown around the town when she spots a recently released paedophile living across from a primary school. Shocked, Ben takes it upon himself to alert the community, but Donald Heinz defends his innocence and civil liberties, sparking division among the residents. This situation leads Tom to reconsider his choice of Ben as Acting Sergeant. Tensions escalate further when a young girl goes missing, and suspicion falls on Heinz, prompting accusations of abduction.
