The Heelers adjust to a new normal when Tom comes back to the station and takes over as Boss. While some team members adapt more easily than others, Lindy realizes that Tom is determined to challenge her. He dismisses Mark, viewing him as not fitting the mold of the cop he respects, which only complicates things for the newcomer.
