Episode Overview
Maggie and Dash head to notify the local busybody, Bert Cole, about the vandalism at his shop, only to find him dead and dressed in women's attire. His home has been ransacked, and the cause of his death remains a mystery. PJ and Maggie set out to uncover whether Bert's demise was from natural causes or something more sinister. Tony Timms catches wind of the strange circumstances and pressures Tom for a scoop. Meanwhile, Dash stumbles upon a room filled with makeup and women's clothing in various sizes, suggesting Bert may not have been alone in his cross-dressing. During their search, Maggie finds a collection of videos featuring a young boy in Kindergarten, raising suspicions about Cole’s character. PJ encounters a young man trying to sell stolen items, including a TV from Cole's home and his address book. The man claims he didn’t steal the video camera, and PJ soon realizes he is Johnnie, Cole's son-in-law.
