Episode Overview
Maggie and PJ arrive at a wealthy grazier's property to look into a wool theft, but instead of finding an empty shed, they're met with a flock of naked sheep. The grazier suggests that an old rival, an ex-shearer, is behind the theft, but as their investigation unfolds, they uncover multiple suspects. These include the recently fired property manager and even the grazier's own daughter, who has her own grievances against her father. As Maggie and PJ dig deeper, they learn about a secret romance between the daughter and the son of the ex-shearer, leading them to wonder if the couple plans to use the stolen wool to escape together. Meanwhile, the boy, a gifted pianist, has attracted the attention of Dash's mother, Beth McKinley, who is rallying the community to fund his music studies abroad.
